I specialize in species that are rarely kept and even more rarely bred in captivity. Due to their sensitivity, specialized dietary needs, and demanding climatic requirements, snakes such as Ahaetulla, Leptophis, Oxybelis, Thrasops, Chrysopelea, Aplopeltura, Langaha, and Drymobius are unfortunately rarely kept.
I have made this and other rare species a central focus of my work, with the aim of sharing knowledge and experience with fellow enthusiasts. I also hope to make captive-bred specimens of these “rare colubrids in the terrarium hobby” more widely available and encourage their exchange!
